Your Role

• As Founder’s Associate you will work directly and closely with our Co-Founder Sarah
• You will be a part of a small elite team of super-achievers who report directly to the Founder.
• You will support the Founder not only in day-to-day business but you will also plan and execute projects individually.
• Get a first row view on entrepreneurship, e.g. through joining strategy discussions, fundraising or leading high-priority projects across multiple workstreams.
• You will be thrown at different tasks and problems across the Company (for example, identifying new business opportunities hiring talented people, creating and measuring KPIs for different teams within tozero etc).
• It is an incomparable opportunity, learning how to build a business from scratch, how to solve absolutely any problem, how to achieve any possible goal directly from a founder.

Your tasks and responsibilities

• Manage and drive your own projects: At tozero you will get responsibility from day one.
• This role comes with great autonomy allowing you to identifying problems, carry out analysis, design solutions and execute them.
• You will be assigned high priority projects to ensure we achieve our goals.
• This role provides an insight on how to build a business and the ability to solve any problem thrown at you.
• You will work on multiple projects in parallel that will require you to be adaptable across multiple functions
